I have also decided that I am going to leave my short story and concentate on writing a romance. I have thought of a story and I am just working on the characters. I am following the 21 days to a novel by Michael A Stackpole.

Off to a slow start

I thought I would be writing short stories as soon as the wee ones started school, but it has not worked out that way.

I think that it would be better if I waited until I have got my other jobs done.

Though one thing that I could do between now and then would be to start preparing.

Electronic is the way forward

I have found another way that I can get my work published. Through Kindle. My partner recently got an E-Book and put it on a kindle on his PC. I thought that looked good so I got the Kindle program for my PC.

Now that I have got it I would love to get a proper Kindle. That will mean that when I am reading books it will feel like I am reading a proper book.

Another good thing about the Kindle is that you can publish your work through it. That will mean that I will be able to write a short story and publish it myself. I think that is a great idea and definitely something that I am seriously going to consider doing. I just need to get my thinking cap on.

I think this is great and I am getting quite excited about it.

Goals for 2011

This is what I would like to achieve in 2011:

1. Finish of my Star Wars short story and publish it online.
2. See if I can write an article for a magazine.
3. Write more Star Wars short stories.
4. Make some progress with my short story series.
